365 Day Photo Challenge

I had a request to keep posting the pictures from my 365 day photo challenge.  Ever few days I will pop on here and post my recent pictures.  Here are days 4-8.
This was part of the stage design at church.  I got on stage and on my back to take this one.  I got some strange looks :).

This one has grabbed me more than any other so far.  This is Oksana's mood stabilizer with the teddy bear that we gave her the day we took her out of the orphanage.  It contrasts the adult mood stabilizer with the childhood toy and represents the hopes we had for her that have been blurred by her mental illness.

This was a day that I just could not find anything that inspired me.  This was on a basket at Oksana's therapist's office.

These are Ukrainian Pysanky eggs.

This is Oksana at physical therapy practicing going down stairs alternating feet.  I like this shot but I wish her therapist's hand wasn't in it!

Off to find something to photograph today!

Cool photos! I love looking at other people's photography and yours is definitely interesting.

The church display is really cool - I love the colors!
The second photo of the mood stabilizer and the teddy bear in the background is very profound. Even if you hadn't provided the explanation, it still speaks volumes. It makes my heart ache for Oksana, it really does.

My friend Adrienne would love the photo of the Ukrainian eggs. They're very pretty. I had a decorated wooden egg as a child that wasn't nearly as pretty as the ones in your photo; it was a dark red, almost burgundy color, with bright yellow accents. Someone must have given it to me, but I never really liked it.

I can't wait to see what other photos you take!
